John Albers, AIA, LEED AP
CEO & Principal
John Albers brings over 30 years of expertise in strategic planning, program management, and Owner’s Representation. He founded Albers Management in 2010 and has led the delivery of more than $10 billion in projects across sectors including automotive, heavy industrial, healthcare, mission-critical facilities, and higher education. John is known for developing innovative delivery strategies and agile forecasting processes that consistently produce on-time, on-budget results.
He is a licensed architect and a member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA), NCARB, and the U.S. Green Building Council.

David Gray, LEED, CFM
Principal
With over 25 years of global project delivery leadership, David Gray has managed capital programs totaling more than $25 billion. His experience spans heavy industrial, data centers, mining, nuclear, medical, retail, government, and green energy projects. Before joining Albers in 2021, David served as a Real Estate Executive for Rolls-Royce, Global Alliance Director for Siemens, and National Sustainability Manager at the GSA.
David is known for blending financial acumen with on-the-ground delivery, having overseen operating budgets up to $950 million and individual projects as large as $4 billion.

Nick Osborn
Project Director
Nick Osborn has more than 20 years of experience managing large-scale, mission-critical construction programs. He has overseen over $2 billion in complex facilities including aerospace, manufacturing, and multi-family developments. Known for analytical precision and stakeholder coordination, Nick ensures delivery from programming through commissioning.
Prior to joining Albers, Nick held senior project roles with Faithful+Gould and Karins Engineering Group. He holds dual degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Business Administration.
